My One Little Word is chance, because important chances are very easy to pass, and I want to take many daring chances this year. Also, there’s a chance that you will either get something or you won’t. In 2017, I won’t be dejected if I don’t get something. To me, the word chance means that nothing happens for certain, and chances are very important. In your life, they can teach you many lessons, especially that you shouldn’t pass on a chance that you will regret later. This year, I really hope to use my OLW as a reminder to always take chances!

Think of a nice, chocolate mousse, with white chocolate shavings, and a glistening, red cherry on top. Sounds great, doesn’t it? Apparently, it tastes very different on a plane. When I tasted it, I tasted something very… bitter. Tasteless. Disgusting in general. Needless to say, I DIDN’T LIKE IT! And that’s how it was with the rest of my plate (except the bread, which I ate, but it was still cold and hard). That’s pretty much what you can expect on the plane. No matter what food I try, it always tastes better at home (or Domino’s).
